We’re proud to be the architects behind two transformational housing projects in Wolverhampton, supporting the city’s drive to deliver sustainable, high-quality council homes.
On Ettingshall Road, Bilston, 11 new A-rated, gas-free homes have now been handed over, featuring timber frame construction, solar panels, and EV charging points. Designed with energy efficiency and community regeneration in mind, the development brings new life to a once fly-tipped site.
Meanwhile, over in Bushbury, local residents have laid the first bricks for 99 energy-efficient bungalows on the Lincoln Green Estate, replacing outdated post-war prefabs. This marks a key milestone in the regeneration of the area and is part of a wider strategy to modernise over 4,000 non-traditionally built homes across the city, supporting a wider strategy for healthier, more sustainable living.
We’re excited to be part of this ambitious regeneration journey alongside Wolverhampton City Council, and partners like @morropartnerships and @keonhomes , helping to shape greener, future-ready communities.
