Working with Lovell, The Wrekin Housing Group, and Nuplace, BM3 have provided the planning for 329 new and affordable homes.
An exciting Extra Care facility will be part of the site, providing accommodation for the over 55’s.

The development has been designed in accordance with Telford & Wrekin Council, and their commitment to tackle climate change.

Properties within the development will have PV panels and electric car charging points as well as solar panels to reduce fuel bills and the overall carbon footprint of the area.

The scheme is set for completion in early 2025!
