National Apprenticeship Week

It's National Apprenticeship Week!

We’re proud to celebrate our two Level 7 apprentices, Molly Etchells and Heleina Kanabar, who are making a real impact across our projects while developing their professional expertise.

Molly joined BM3 in 2023 as a Part I Placement Student and has recently returned as a Level 7 Architect Apprentice. When interviewed, she explained that the Masters route would have taken valuable time out of practice. “I really enjoyed my experience at BM3 and felt like I gained so much from being in practice”.

Heleina began her apprenticeship elsewhere and joined BM3 to see her apprenticeship through to completion. Joining BM3, she stated that “It felt like a place where I’d benefit from the exposure to complex and impactful work”.

Level 7 apprenticeships are a powerful, accessible pathway into architecture — and success stories like Molly and Heleina’s show why they matter.
Following the government’s decision to withdraw funding for Level 7 apprenticeships for those over 21, We support RIBA’s stance to raise the age of eligibility to 25.” ➡️ [https://www.riba.org/news/call-to-raise-the-age-of-eligibility-for-level-7-apprenticeship-funding/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGnlkOrDI41peaoxjHKIL6qMN8bmuPe9aUsv19XYjH-owo5jmBbxjpMSXUgKlw_aem_nOP-M_MwPisM_KLO_Bk0mA]
