Progress made on Wilford Lane, Nottingham!

We recently visited the Wilford Lane development site in Nottingham and were delighted to see the impressive progress being made. We’re proud to be working in partnership with Keepmoat Homes on this exciting regeneration scheme, which is transforming a former restaurant and rifle range into a vibrant new neighbourhood of 90 new homes and apartments.
This site presented a unique set of design opportunities — from its location within a designated flood risk zone to the ecological sensitivities surrounding a protected badger sett along the eastern boundary. In response, the design team has taken a creative and considered approach, introducing a bespoke mix of house types and apartment blocks with elevated living spaces.

Discreet ground floor parking has been seamlessly integrated, while a generous area of green space has been preserved to protect local wildlife.
The result is a forward-thinking and contemporary scheme, shaped by a strong commitment to placemaking, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. The 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes have been designed with modern lifestyles in mind, featuring energy-efficient technologies such as solar panels, heat recovery systems, and high-performance insulation.
