Queenswood, Newport, Shropshire. A sustainable and innovative extra care home consisting of 70 - apartments, designed with the well-being of the residents in mind.

Working closely with Bloor Homes, Keon Homes, and The Wrekin Housing Group and the planning department, we have maximised the space available to create a development that not only meets the needs of the community, but also incorporates eco-friendly features including solar panels, achieving an EPC ‘A’ energy rating which will reduce bills and improve comfort.

Shortlisted twice at this year’s Insider Media Awards, it recognises the developments innovative design and sustainable features.

The completion date is set for November 2024, and we look forward to seeing the final result that will provide a comfortable and eco-friendly living space for all residents.
