At BM3, we’re proud to support World Mental Health Awareness Week through our Wear It Green Day initiative.
“Wear It Green Day is more than just a colour choice. It’s a visible sign of solidarity, compassion, and a shared commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.”
Yesterday, our teams came together wearing green to raise awareness and demonstrate our commitment to mental wellbeing. We shared a healthy, salad-inspired lunch, took part in a clay making workshop, and had the chance to connect with colleagues we don’t often get to speak with.
This day is more than a one-off event—it’s a reflection of our ongoing dedication to building a supportive, inclusive workplace where mental health is recognised and prioritised every day.
Why does this matter?
1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem each year.
Mental health shapes how we think, feel, and act—impacting our work, relationships, and overall quality of life.
Small actions like wearing green can spark meaningful conversations, foster empathy, and drive change.
