BM3 was appointed to carry out the detailed design of this development, acting also as lead consultant on the project to ensure co-ordination between the design team was seamless.

The site comprises 2 buildings. The smaller of the two is 3 storeys, with the larger block rising to 8 storeys, where the building addresses the junction of Cricklewood Lane and Gillingham Road.

The residential project will have a mixed tenure offering 20% affordable housing, with the remainder being private. The project’s completion is expected in August 2019.
