BM3 has been appointed on behalf of Birmingham City Council (BCC) to develop an Outline Planning Application for the regeneration of Druids Heath. This marks a significant milestone in delivering a visionary, residential-led, mixed-use development that will provide up to 3,500 new homes and transform the area into a thriving, well-connected, and sustainable community.

Our design approach focuses on high-quality homes, vibrant public spaces, and an enhanced green infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with the existing landscape. By introducing a more coherent network of streets, parks, and community spaces, the masterplan prioritises accessibility, sustainability, and active, healthy lifestyles.

This project is the result of community and stakeholder consultation, carefully designed to address long-standing challenges, including poor housing conditions, limited connectivity, and unsupervised alleyways. The aim is to create a safer, more welcoming, and future-proofed neighbourhood that will serve the community for generations to come.
We’re proud to have contributed our expertise in both Architecture and Landscape Architecture services on this project.
