This project is designed to replace an existing Homelessness centre that is no longer fit for purpose. The building is set close to the back of the pavement close to the city centre. Set out in two 3 storey blocks linked by a 3 storey glazed atrium with bridge links to the first and second floor. Built in load bearing masonry it has three different bricks, feature window panels and three storey glazed curtain walling to the entrance. The blocks enclose a private landscaped courtyard with bike storage, a smoking shelter and a small car park.

The building contains 63 self contained flats with communal lounges and kitchen facilities. It also includes two detoxification units, a large multipurpose function room, a health room, interview facilities, staff accommodation and admin space.
