BM3 Architecture was appointed by Ilke Homes to develop the wide variety of modular homes they are set to build. Here are some CGI’s produced by our in house visualisation team for their new house type and apartment portfolio, which we had the pleasure of developing as well.

Ilke Homes offer an off-site, volumetric, low rise, medium density housing range; delivering 2 and 3 storey homes and apartments of up to 4 storeys for all forms of sale and rent. They can be clad in a wide range of traditional and contemporary external finishes and rooflines to suit the local vernacular or to transform and regenerate a site. Layouts and elevations are designed to enable flexibility of internal layout and most house types offer the opportunity for full open plan living to the ground floor or the potential to add a partition to provide a separate living room. All Ilke Homes have a 2.5m floor to ceiling height with large windows as standard which provide excellent daylight. They also cost 20% less to heat than other new homes and less than half the cost to run than the average UK home.
